Prime Vision ranks among the top three players in the field of advanced recognition and sorting decision software (OCR software). Daily, millions of letters and parcels are processed by our customers through our software. Our customers include companies such as DHL, NPO, NEC, PostNL and various other logistics companies around the world. Our software is part of the critical core processes of the customer.
You may have seen our headquarters if passing the motor way around Delft. If you have not heard of Prime Vision, then you will certainly have heard of our major shareholder PostNL.
We are active in several markets with the primary focus for Prime Vision being the global and logistics market. We are a full service company, so following development, we have the teams that work with clients to project, manage, commission and support projects large and small. Hundreds of millions of people rely on our solutions every day.

Already in 1957, we started with the development of our own technology as part of the PTT research department. A few years later the High Yield Character Reader (HYCR™) was invented. This unique technology is applied in several recognition solutions and has far higher processing capabilities than the average human. It can reduce processing time and interpretation errors, whilst offering significant improvements in quality and accuracy.
